aww WOOT i just came back frm 4k'07 chalet
and i have to say that it's GREAT! best chalet i've ever been to.
this year we got back the fairy point chalets, have to say they're great, just that it's a hundred percenttt out of the way lol. pluss it's uber creepy too, with all the abandoned buildings and terribly tall trees with grasses and weeds everywhere, it's like some ancient place actually.
alright went to the chalet on tuesday aft the last paper, woot to that. had the traditional bbq lol, so nth really interesting bout that. only thing i managed to resist myself from marshmellows this time, only took a few heh!
and the boardwalk's great too, it's right beside the sea, so yea great view of the sea and all the lil vessels. plus the sunset there is great! the view is just splendid, and the colours of the sky thr makes it v romantic LOL.. just that i was with my class ppl haha! xD k wdv. didn't get to see the sunrise though, cause i slept every night, and by the time i've woken up the sun has long risen alr lol.
2nd day we went kayaking!! ohman, it's the bestest best activity i've ever done in years!!! it didn't seem that fun as others said in the beginning lol. plus the guy thr said the reservoir is a whopping FIFTEEN stories deep! like :O !?!? so yea pretty freakky at first, but thr was a life jacket anw, and it wasn't that easy to capsize with a double kayak. yea btw, i was kayaking with shawn in a double one ;) thanks for helping me learn how to kayak, and so sorry to restrain ya frm having much more fun with a single one! so yea anw, the whole kayak thing was MAD, totally MAD. we all thought we wouldn't get wet cause nt tt easy to capsize, but LOL we were drenched thru and thru cause we ended up zooming arnd and splashing water and ambushing ppl haha! it's as good as diving into the water lo.. heheh. and of course, without much surprise, shuhan was screaming away agn lol. chiahong capsized too, and it was kinda hilarious lolol. in the end we landed up lining up our kayaks together like we're some large boat or smth HAH.
oh yes, and i accidentally hit jeremy's spectacles into the deep deep deeeeeep reservoir with my paddle! wasn't aware he was beside me and my paddle went right into his face i guess. so sorry man! =\
so yea, kayaking is soo great, tiring though, but no doubt the best water sport hehh.
okay lol i realised i've yakked tons abt kayaking, on to other stuff.
hm nth much on the other days, just that we mahjong-ed alot! haha. every now and then when thr was nth much to do we played a few rounds of mahjong hehh. great fun!
yea and the rest of the time in the chalet was playing ps, watching movies, sleeping, going to the boardwalk, and more mahjong, and more talking lol =)) yesh the 200-pound beauty is such a great show! u know the Maria song, yea hearing it b4 u watch and during or after u've watched the movie is a big diff lol, ehh to me, lol. learnt new stuff abt other ppl while playin ps too! like how violent huiyi can be! hah! sheesh i didn't expect her to be so hiong in those fighting games sorta thing, haha! rawk on man =P
and anw this chalet is one where i slept the most! haha usually can't sleep during chalets, mayb too used to my =\bed then cannot sleep on their hard and uncomfortable beds, no bolster summore =\ plus it ain't that silent even in the wee hrs, so yea u get the picture. but managed to get abt 5-6 hrs per night, so yea gd job, me! hehh
overall, i had a real BLAST, thanks alot to everyone!
many many thanks to mingxuan for doing alot of organization sutffs, and more imptly for helping me prepare my instant noodles supper, complete with bbq chicken haha! how nice =)
and also to binli for doing alot of cleaning up and washing and wdv, aiya u know binli lol.. yeah we shd pay you actually, haha! xD
and to many others, whom i can't really recall who did what, but yea thanks for making such a whoopin wonderful chalet yea.
woot, that's abt it, gonna get MORE sleep tonight yea. i love my bed more now. plus my nice quilt. plus plus my absolutely great flat-bolster. haha.
